Keeping our promises is important to us, but due to the ongoing health emergency, delivery times may be longer than expected.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping costs €15, except for orders over €190, for which shipping is free. However, free shipping may vary during promotional periods.

When will I receive my order?

Gutteridge guarantees delivery within 3 to 5 working days* for all orders placed from Monday to Friday before 4pm. For the islands, delivery may take an additional day. Delivery may be delayed during periods of "Promotions".
The courier will make 3 delivery attempts after which the package will be sent to our warehouse**.
If you receive a non-delivery notice, please contact the local Fedex office.
We advise you to choose an address where you can easily be reached at. It will not be possible to change the address once the order is placed.
All orders are processed automatically and we are not able to change shipping and delivery times. It is not possible to indicate the time of delivery. The courier makes deliveries from Monday to Friday during business hours.

*We would like to warn you that the delivery may be delayed during periods of promotion.
**We would like to point out that, in this case, shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Has my order been shipped?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number.

How do I behave in case of a damaged package?

If the courier delivers a damaged, wet or open package, please only accept it with reserve, specifying on the waybill, before signing it, the reasons for the reserve itself (eg open package, wet package ...).
We then invite you to report it to our dedicated email address: customercare@gutteridge.com

Can you deliver my order at one of your stores?

At the moment the Click & Collect service is only available for our stores in Sicily and Lazio.

Can you send multiple orders in a single shipment?

If you complete your order and then purchase other items online, you should know that these are considered different orders and cannot be combined. You will have to bear the shipping costs for both.

Your order will be shipped with Fedex, our Shipping Partner.hype
