How do I make a purchase?

Once you have added the products to your cart, you can proceed to checkout as a registered user or as a guest and make the payment using the payment methods provided.

Has my order been successfully placed?

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you entered when making your purchase. If the email you inserted is incorrect this confirmation cannot be redirected to the correct address.

 In case of unavailability of some of the products you purchased we will either send those available or cancel the entire order if it contained one product. The cost of the unavailable items will not be charged, we only charge our customers when the order is shipped and we charge the cost of the products shipped.

How can I check the status of my order?

Registered users can check the status of their order through their personal area.



In case of orders placed as a guest, however, you can track their status through the "ORDER STATUS" section at the bottom of our homepage.
I forgot to apply a discount code. Can I add it later on?

Once the order has been placed, it is not possible to modify it, therefore the discount cannot be applied later on. We invite you to save it for your next purchase.

Can I replace the item I ordered with a different size or model?

It is not possible to change sizes, colors etc. once the order has been placed. You can request the return of the item and receive a refund. If you want you can reorder the item you in the correct size or color.

Can I add another item to my order?

It is not possible to modify the orders once placed. If you want you can place a new order.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you have placed your order, it cannot be cancelled. We remind you that you have the possibility to return the items purchased.

Can I request an invoice for my order?

You can request an invoice by entering your Italian tax code and all the other information necessary for the invoice. An Italian fiscal code is required to request an invoice for your order. Without this data it is not possible to issue an invoice. For all non-Italian customers you can request an invoice by sending an email to the following address: customercare@gutteridge.com providing all the necessary information.

Can I change my delivery address?

In such cases we invite you to contact our Customer Care service to check whether this is possible. We would like to inform you that, if it is possible, this process could cause a delay in delivery.

Can I make a change of size?

Unfortunately our procedure doesn't allow a size change, you can only make a return request. Once you've created a return request you can make, if you wish, new purchase in the correct size.
