Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Once the store has registered your return or cancellation, you will receive a refund based on the store's refund policy.

Good to know: Refunds can be processed in different ways, depending on the payment plan you choose, the full or partial cancellation by the shop and the amount paid. Attention, according to the terms and conditions of most shops, express shipping costs are not refundable.
Once a full refund of your order is registered, all remaining payments will be canceled and the amount already paid will be refunded to the bank account provided by you.
If the partial refund is greater than the remaining balance of your order, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
If the partial refund is less than the remaining balance of your order, the amount will be deducted from the remaining balance and split equally between the remaining payments. You can view any updates to your payment plan in our app.
Are you still awaiting your refund?
Depending on your bank, it can take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account. To check the refund status, first make sure the store has updated your payment plan, then check the refund against the original payment method.
If after 14 days you still haven't received your refund or your original form of payment is associated with a closed bank account, please contact our Customer Service team. However, if your payment plan has not yet been changed by the store, contact them directly to confirm the return or cancellation of the order.
