GUTTERIDGE GIFT CARD

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE

• These terms and conditions apply to Gutteridge Gift Cards purchased at any "Gutteridge" branded store or on www.gutteridge.com (hereinafter "Gutteridge Gift Cards"). By purchasing Gutteridge Gift Cards you agree to these terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions"). Gutteridge Gift Cards are issued by Capri S.r.l., with registered office in Via F. Caracciolo, 15, P.IVA /C.F. 05647000636 (hereinafter the "Issuing Company"), which reserves the right to interpret, modify or cancel the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The most recent version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on Gutteridge.com website. Gutteridge Gift Cards may be used in "Gutteridge" stores and online on Gutteridge.com in the country in which the card was purchased. You can use Gutteridge Gift Cards to pay for the full value or part of the value of your selected item(s). If your purchase is not fully covered by Gutteridge Gift Card, you may choose an additional payment method to complete your purchase. The receipt will always show the current balance of the Gift Card used for the transaction.
• If you order your Gutteridge Gift Card online, your order and payment will be processed and dispatched by the Issuing Company.  For information on the payment methods of Gutteridge Gift Cards, please refer to article 4) entitled "Prices and Payments" in the general terms and conditions which are available at this link www.gutteridge.com/terms.
• If you purchase a Gutteridge Gift Card online, you may choose to receive either an electronic Gift Card Online(hereinafter "Gutteridge E-Gift Card". ) or a physical Gift Card at your home address.
  
  You will receive your Physical Gutteridge Gift Card within 3 to 5 business days from your order date. Issuing Company is not responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery. If you purchase a Gutteridge E-gift Card, it will be sent to the email address provided upon completion of your purchase.
  
  It is your obligation to provide a correct address for the delivery of your Gutteridge Gift Card. If you order a Gutteridge E-gift card it is your obligation to provide a correct e-mail address for delivery. If the address you have provided cannot be confirmed, the Issuing Company reserves the right to withhold the delivery of Gutteridge Gift Cards.
  
  The cost for the home delivery of the Gutteridge Gift Card is Euro (€)15,00.
• Every Gutteridge Gift Card purchase is limited to a maximum value of €500.00 (five hundred/00).
  
  The minimum value of the Gutteridge Gift Card is €30,00. You may add credit to your physical Gutteridge Gift Card balance by purchasing additional credit at any Gutteridge store.
  
  Gutteridge Gift Card has 1 year validity, from the date of activation or last purchase. Upon expiration of the validity period, Gutteridge Gift Card may no longer be used for purchase or reactivated, and the remaining credit will not be refundable.
  
  Gutteridge Gift Cards may be used as long as the card balance is more than 0.
• You have one month from the date you receive the Gutteridge E-Gift Card or the recipient's Purchase of the Gutteridge Gift Card.
  
  You may make an exchange for a purchase made with a Gutteridge Gift Card at any "Gutteridge" branded store within 30 days of the date of use.
• The Issuing Company will not be liable for loss, theft, deactivation or damage of the Gutteridge Gift Card. In case of theft, damage or loss, the Gutteridge Gift Card will not be replaced or reimbursed by the Issuing Company.
• Capri s.r.l. is the controller of the personal data provided by its consumers.

  Any dispute relating to the use of Gutteridge Gift Cards shall be governed by Italian law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Naples.
