Mode and shipping costs:

We try to guarantee delivery within 3 working days for orders placed Monday to Friday before 16:00. For islands delivery may take an additional day. Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday, the courier will make 2 delivery attempts.

Mode and return costs:

You can decide to return any purchased product within 30 days after order delivery. Warning: before making a return make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all internal labels and tags attached, not stained, damaged or used. The cost for the return package collection service is 15€ (Excluding eBikes whose return cost is € 49 and the request must be made exclusively through Customer Care) which will be deducted directly from the amount of the returned goods. The time required to view the refund on your account depends on the card issuer. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be returned at your expense and the refund will not be made.
