Mode and return costs:

You can decide to return any purchased product within 30 days after order delivery. The cost for the return package collection service is 15€ (Excluding eBikes whose return cost is € 49 and the request must be made exclusively through Customer Care) which will be deducted directly from the amount of the returned goods.
